THE FIVE DESIGNS
1. Knotted fir tree: 11 square-knot rows with a brushed triangular fringe and small cord trunk
2. Leaf feather: alternating lark's-head hitches with a soft pointed fringe
3. Mini woodland wreath: square knots worked around a wooden ring
4. Pinecone-inspired spiral tassel: repeated half knots with a gathered tassel; an abstract woodland design rather than a literal pinecone
5. Wood-ring snowflake: six radial arms, each made with two square knots
MATERIALS TO SOURCE
The guide uses 3 mm single-twist cotton cord in forest green, sage, brown and ivory, plus wooden rings with 60 mm, 40 mm and 25 mm outer diameters. You will also need scissors, a ruler or measuring tape, a comb, a blunt needle, and tape or a pinning board. The scheduled cuts total 27.65 m of cord; allow extra for practice and tension differences. No crochet hook or glue is required.
The PDF can be read on a screen or printed. This listing is for instructions only. Decorative use only; keep small parts and long cords away from young children and pets, and keep ornaments away from flames and heat.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
